On a sunny Saturday morning in September, the Posh team set out to transform the Prep Room in Glenwood in to a construction site. With a large excavator balloon drop, to a tractor tyre for a sand pit, this was definitely a party danger zone.
Danger party zone ahead...
With it being a 4th birthday party, the kids had to have a few games to keep them entertained. Following along with the construction theme, the posh team created a special sandpit with all sorts of construction toys for the kids to play with. There was a station for the kids to hammer away, a station to do some colouring in and of course the jumping castle and jungle gym. But most importantly, the two main games of the day were pass the parcel with gifts to win and the giant excavator piñata filled with treats.
The venue décor consisted of traffic signs and danger tape, along with all the construction biscuits, cake pops and cupcakes that filled the table. There were a day’s wages in little hessian bags and mini stop sign piñatas for each child to take home with them.
AUTHORIZED PERSONAL ONLY
And not to forget the grown-ups, they had their own refuelling station that included wine, ciders and beers. A danger zone where only authorised personal were allowed to go.
